Pastor N.A. Russell
Lead Pastor
Pastor N.A. Russell serves as the Lead Pastor of Compel Church in Chesapeake, Virginia.
In 2025, after completing a 23-day fast, Pastor Russell relocated to Hampton Roads by faith, believing God had called him to help reach a new community. His passion is simple: to win souls, make disciples, and bridge the gap between generations through the life-changing power of Jesus Christ.
For the past 15 years, he has faithfully preached the Gospel. He previously pastored a church in North Carolina for two years and now serves full-time as the Lead Pastor of Compel Church.
Outside of ministry, Pastor Russell is a licensed Life Insurance Agent. He is also the proud father of two children and is committed to leading with integrity both in ministry and in the marketplace.
